‘Platform for Emerging Arts ’ – Open Call for Artists

This is a call-out to artists who identify as emerging and who wish to showcase their artworks on CISTA ARTS online platform as part of CISTA ARTS’ programme Platform for Emerging Arts. The Platform for Emerging Arts aims to introduce emerging artists to the art world. 

CISTA ARTS has created as a conduit to promote the work of emerging artists. CISTA ARTS aims to bring together artists whose work transcends geographic borders, and those from the Middle East, and beyond. CISTA ARTS is an interdisciplinary and transcultural organisation, working with artists, architects, choreographers, art historians, anthropologists, art critics, and other art-related practitioners. 

 

HOW TO APPLY:

We are keen to learn about you! Please send us the following information, along with a sample of your work and an up-to-date CV:

- Contact information (full name, email, mobile)

- Details of the artworks (title, size, medium, year, price)

- Your artists statement/how your work relates to the theme of your collection

- Links (your website, Facebook, Instagram, etc)

Please include the above information in a Word/PDF file.

The sample of your work has to be up to 10 images.

SELECTED PARTICIPANTS:

We will create a personalised artist page on our website, including:

- A dedicated section with a unique personal link.

- Your biography, personal link, and artworks on display.

- The page will remain public on our website for one year.

- Ongoing promotion of your artworks: Our team will address enquiries from art buyers and collectors, even beyond the exhibition period.

- Certificate of participation, along with recommendation and reference letters.

 

FEES:

- Apply to this opportunity is free, if accepted, there is a £890 participation fee per artist.

- Art students receive a 10% discount.
